OUR BUTCHER DATE FOR 2022 IS THE END OF JUNE, SO LET US KNOW IF YOU'D LIKE A SPOT.   BEEF IS $4/ LB HANGING WEIGHT PLUS BUTCHER FEE/ CUT AND WRAP.

We have a little bit of everything as far as our cattle herd goes.  We are experimenting with Galloway, Dexter, Jersey, and Hereford, with the goal of producing hearty, foraging, dual purpose (milk, meat) animal that thrives in our location and tastes amazing.  We use a daily pasture rotation schedule through the summer, and feed our own organic grass hay during the winter.  We enjoy the benefits of raw milk from our Dexter and Jersey mamas, as well as excellent and flavorful grass-fed beef.
